We want Cues to feel fair. This policy covers what you pay for, when refunds apply, and how to reschedule or cancel.
1. What you can pay for
Subscriptions — recurring access to premium features (coach AI, advanced stats, co-op, etc.).
Guidance sessions — one-off bookings with a human coach or therapist.
2. Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription anytime from Billing & subscription. Cancellation stops the next renewal — current period stays active until it ends.
24-hour refund window: if you purchased a subscription by mistake and have not meaningfully used premium features, email support@cues.co.in within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.
After the 24-hour window, paid subscription periods are non-refundable.
We do not pro-rate refunds for partially used billing periods.
3. Guidance sessions
Reschedule — free of charge if requested at least 12 hours before the session.
Cancellation — full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before the session.
Late cancellation (under 24 hours) — 50% refund.
No-show or cancellation under 2 hours — non-refundable.
Once a session has started or been delivered, it is considered consumed and is non-refundable.
If a coach cancels or fails to attend, you receive a full refund or a free reschedule — your choice.
4. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay back to your original payment method. Bank settlement times vary, but funds typically appear within 5–10 business days in India. We do not issue refunds in cash, gift cards, or to alternate accounts.
5. Disputes
For any payment dispute or unrecognized charge, contact support@cues.co.in with your order ID before filing a chargeback. We aim to resolve within 7 business days.
6. Exceptions
Refunds are not granted for: change of mind after meaningful use of premium features, sessions consumed in full, or accounts suspended for violating our Terms & Conditions.
