Cues is a social confidence training platform. We help people take real-world action — approaching others, starting conversations, building self-trust through tracked execution. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what control you have over it.
1. What we collect
Account info — name (or display name) and email when you sign up.
Interaction logs — entries you choose to record (approach notes, mood, outcome).
Usage data — pages visited, features used, basic device/browser info.
Payment metadata — order IDs and subscription status (no card numbers; processed by Razorpay).
2. Why we collect it
Operate your account, streaks, XP, leaderboards, and coach feedback.
Improve the product through aggregated usage analytics.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share unnecessary personal information with third parties.
3. Third-party services
Razorpay — handles all payments. Card and bank details go directly to Razorpay; we never see them.
AI providers — anonymized prompts may be sent to AI models to generate coach insights. Email and payment details are not included in those prompts.
Analytics — privacy-respecting analytics may be used to understand feature usage in aggregate.
Email delivery — transactional email providers send you receipts and notifications.
4. Storage & security
Your data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Access is restricted, authenticated, and protected by row-level security so users can only read their own records. We retain account data for as long as your account is active.
5. Your rights
You can, at any time:
Access or update your profile inside the app.
Request a copy of your data.
Request deletion of your account and associated logs.
